This apartment a riparian flat next to my house and offers a separate entrance, a roofed wind protected south-sided terrace with garden and terrific ocean view.

In the ground floor you will find the complete appointed eat-in-kitchen with SAT-TV and the Bathroom. Stairs bring you to the first floor with a double bed room and a little bathroom with toilet, bidet and washstand. In front of the terrace you will find a brick-built grill in the garden of the house. The complete appointed kitchen offers a big fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and Sat TV. Of course beach towels, towels and bed clothes are available.

It consits of two appartements situated one upon the other and with two separate entrances. Villa Fantastica 1 is the upper appartement. It offers a very large livingrooom, a kitchen, a big and a small vitrified terrace with big sash windows and four bedrooms. Special to this object is the big, solar-heated Atlantic saltwater pool (5x11 meters). Enjoy the fantastic view towards the neighbour island Fuerteventura.

Enjoy the fantastic view towards the neighbour island Fuerteventura.

Studios "Kleines Paradies"

Village Puerto del Carmen:

This single room studio for up to two persons is located in a holiday village in the historic part of Puerto del Carmen close to the little harbour (ca. 150m).

From the balcony you have the view to the garden and the sea. The little kitchen offers a fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine. SAT-TV is available, also beach towels, towels and bett clothes. Of course the pool of the holiday village can be used. Close to the studio is an Eurospar supermarket.
